About Us

About Body Balance Blog

Body Balance Blog was founded in 2026 with a simple mission: make evidence-based health information accessible to everyone. We cut through the noise of fad diets, miracle cures, and Instagram pseudoscience to bring you practical advice that actually works.

Our Editorial Process

Every article published on Body Balance Blog goes through a rigorous process:

  • Research: Our writers review peer-reviewed studies, medical guidelines, and expert opinions before writing
  • Writing: Articles are written by health professionals with relevant certifications and real-world experience
  • Fact-Checking: All health claims are verified against current medical literature and trusted sources like PubMed, Mayo Clinic, and the National Institutes of Health
  • Review: Articles are reviewed for accuracy, clarity, and completeness before publication
  • Updates: We regularly review and update existing articles to reflect the latest research
